Drop CSTM65 Switch Plates

To help community members achieve the perfect typing feel for their compact CSTM65 Keyboards, we’re releasing a host of add-on plates (and other accessories) for intuitive (and comprehensive) customization. Here, you’ll find four different plate options, each with its own unique aesthetic and physical properties to influence typing feel. The heaviest and most rigid is the brass plate, which is finished in a high-shine coating for oxidation resistance and extra opulence. Next is the FR4 plate, made from a woven glass-reinforced epoxy resin that’s both dense and rigid, but quieter and lighter than brass. Lighter yet stiffer is the carbon fiber plate, which provides a moderate typing feel with darker sound that mitigates switch ping. Lightest and most flexible—second only to the stock CTSM65 polycarbonate plate—is the POM plate, which offers excellent sound absorption to provide a more muted, deeper, and full typing sound, plus minimal tactility.
