Is it possible to pitch the tent with the tip of the pole in the ground and the handle in the fly ?

Blabla47Yeah. No reason why you couldn't do this. I think putting the pole tip in the grommet provides a bit more of a secure connection, but doing it the other way keeps you handle cleaner.
