2 Questions. 1) Where can I find that cord? 2) When I hear "Indigo", I think of a dark blue. However, the pictures look purple. Are these caps more purple or more blue?

It is a prototype cable that AFAIK we never launched - sorry!
I feel like this is a tough one to accurately address - Indigo is sort of on the border of blue/purple, and the appearance of this board depends a lot on lighting conditions and monitor calibration. I'd say the photos are color-accurate to the appearance, but that also depends on what you're viewing them on.
