Just to clarify, so this keyboard is connected via USB-C to USB-C?

isenojIt has a USB-C connector. Whether you use a USB-C to A or USB-C to C cable is up to you. It comes with the former.
EDIT: The ENTR does not work with USB-C to C cables.

VenganzaDid you buy a C-C cable that is capable of data transfer, or simply a charging cable? Not all USB-C to C cables are the same.

VenganzaIs it an e-marker cable? Perhaps it doesn't work with those. I could also be mistaken entirely. I'll have to do some testing.

VenganzaI appreciate your patience and reasonableness despite already having purchased a cable that appears to be incompatible. I'm having having one of our USB-C to C cables (https://drop.com/buy/drop-usb-c-to-usb-c-cable) shipped to me so I can test. It will be a couple days.

VenganzaThanks for tagging. Sorry for the delay. I have confirmation that it does not work with USB-C to C cables. My earlier statement was incorrect.

VenganzaThe ENTR is a basically a Yuemi MK01 that's had some features tuned. Its USB Micro connector was changed to a Type-C connector, but other associated protocols were not implemented. So it doesn't work in all USB-C configurations.
