Just got back from 4 days in Wind River Range with these. Cannot get over how light they are. I was hesitant to buy them at first as I was stuck on getting a cork grip due to the nature of my sweaty palms. The foam performed admirably allowing sufficient breathing so I didn't develop any blisters. I wish I had the chance to use them in the rain to really test them, but the weather was too beautiful while I was there. The poles do wobble a tad after impact (due to flex and impact absorption) if that kind of thing bothers you. They are incredibly lightweight; in fact, to the point that I was very conscious of pole placement around loose talus and large rocks in order to not snap them. The only improvement could be availability of replacement parts. If massdrop is offering this pole daily, they (or the manufacturer) should also be offering replacement parts.
