Love these keycaps. They have good resitance, a satisfying tactile bump, and a lovely sound profile. Being clear is really great too, considering that I like to play with my RGB lights. Probably a little higher register than I expected in terms of sound, but other than that, they're my favourite switches for now.
I replaced the 5+ year old Halo Trues on my original Massdrop CTRL with these after the Halos started double-pressing. The Halos have a mushy and relatively smooth/subtle tactile bump. The bump on these Holy Pandas is VERY DIFFERENT. I don't hate it, I'm kind of liking how sharp the feedback is, but it's a huge adjustment. Unfortunately I prefer the sound of the Halo Trues quite a bit. I recently added the Drop CTRL keyboard foam kit and Drop Phantom stabilizers, and the board is sounding really good in general, but the Halo Trues have a deeper sound quality that I like more.
If you like an intense tactile bump, definitely give these a try!
EDIT: I dislike the sound more and more but I'm becoming ADDICTED to the tactility of these. Incredible typing feedback. -1 point for sound and +1 for feel, so still 4 stars!
I had the non-clears for my everyday keyboard, wanted to upgrade my Haute42 to match. Keycaps there are blank and translucent so the clears were a great fit!
Early impressions only, but already I can tell these switches have a good bounce, a satisfying noise and the clear variant opens up some nice rgb options.
The Black Speech board was the first for me, which had these kind of switches. At first, it was heavy, I was used to the cheaper and lighter tactiles, but got the feel for it pretty fast. So now both my office and home keyboards has there kind of switches, and got couple of my co-workers infected too. The clear variant works well with the south-facing leds too.
