LuisGI really hope so too! Just bought the custom key set on amazon and the ISO UK and Novelty Keys from Drop direct. Such a shame that I could not get the Bar keys too. I even checked to see if I can get them second hand or from another retailer but no one is selling these!
Just a heads up, once the current stock of MT3 Cyber is sold out, the next batch (and subsequent batches) will not feature the iconic yellow packaging due to a severe logistical bottleneck caused by the Shanghai lockdowns and implications of the event on Drop's production lines. Which means that MT3 Cyber (again, once the current stock is depleted and the next stock arrives at the warehouse for distribution) will default to the standard, black Drop branded high quality trays and box. Thanks for your understanding.
I can't believe Drop still doesnt add a single extra "B" key for the numerous Alice layout users. smh. Brilliant analytics department. I really love the MT3 layout I just cant buy it for quite a few boards. Add ONE KEYCAP and make a sale? Seems like a no-brainer imo.

hiddensongI feel like a big part of the problem is that Drop doesn't do interest checks on their sets (except the occasional, after-the-fact post like they made on the Green Screen set today - and those quickly get buried). So there's no way for them to collect feedback about stuff like missing keys until production has started, and it's too late. I can't use MT3 on any of my boards, because there's no 2u shift for my 60%'s, and not enough R0 keys for my 1800's.
Interest checks don't need to be mean-spirited gauntlets, the way I've seen Geekhack threads go. But without them, it just leaves Drop to guess about what people want. And we wind up with a bunch of Marvel sets with weird novelty keys and illegible color combinations. Or scooped F and J keys on ortho kits, that prevent them from also being used for Colevrak. Or ISO keys and minibars shunted off to child kits that will never be stocked.
Feedback from frustrated (would-be) buyers on here after 1000 kits have already been manufactured and the molds can't be changed, won't help things improve.
This is a very small kit and doesnt even have what it should at this size. This is at most an $80 kit. For $110 this needs to cover a full size (it needs to include numpad). No F13, one stepped key, no R0 DEL, for $110. Drop needs to beat their competitors, not offer less than what they offer.

hiddensongI think the price on this one is particularly steep (and hence, it's broken into smaller kits so the base *looks* like it's the same price as other ABS MT3 kits that contain more) because of all the colors. There's like four legend colors alone here.
But yeah, the ABS MT3 kitting has long been lacking, and Drop refuses to make new molds to accommodate keys like F13 and 2u shift that have become more popular since 2017ish, when the current molds were designed. It sucks that I can't cover a TKC1800 with any ABS MT3 base kit, because there just aren't enough R0 or R1 keys. I think Cyber and Susuwatari are the only ones where it's even possible to with pricey add-on kits.
