I got the Hagoromo Alphas and Oblivion Modifiers and have been a fan of these. Definitely recommend if you like the look and style.
My only complaint is the packaging -- I was expecting a bit better overall. This might've caused some of the keycaps to get some minor scratches (about 4 of them in total).
Good choice overall; packaging could've been a little nicer for buyer's experience sake
Keycaps offer a nice feel to the touch and the profile also works great for any keyboard in which the retro look is what you're going for. For non-alpha keycaps with white legends, if only they would've gone with legends in different colors instead, that would've make it a perfect score for me, just like the modifier keycaps with legends in other colors other than boring white (mere personal preference). It's clear the lower price comes from costs being saved in the packaging they come in: plain zip-lock bags —though not a real issue, one can't help feeling how much nicer the buyer's experience could've been with some other choice for packaging while keeping the costs down. All in all, you can't go wrong with this set when looking for contrast over any keyboard with a lighter colored chassis.
I really like this set. They have a fantastic deep sound and a great feel as well. There is almost no bleed-through on the light keycaps if you have backlighting. The legends are clear and consistent on all the keys.
There are a few cons though that I want to bring up:
They come in plastic bags
The trimming could/should be better though it isn't anything you notice once they are on your board
The match between the tall and chonky SA keycaps, and the lovely somber hues of the Oblivion set is almost perfect. With the Git modifiers this is both fun and wonderful to use.
I got the monochrome modifiers and the arrow keys to pair with other alphas. They look pretty good!
There are no 1x Ctrl or Alt keys, which is kind of annoying.
