BergyThe original run did have ISO. Drop made the designer remove it for this run, claiming there weren't enough ISO users to be worth it. Hopefully if there's ever a third run, they'll bring it back.
Hi guys. I wrote a review but found that other users can't reply to that review.

So I am making same questions to everyone who bought this item.
=========QT========
I am a newbie so I just want to ask you guys with pthotos.
Is this a normal thing? Keycaps showing dents, and scratches.
I am no expert but some keycaps look like it's been grided on the hard surface.
I sorted out keycaps with persmissible qualtity and bad qality. Lef ones are bad showing dents scratches like the sample photos. Right one was just "OK" .
I am so disappointed given the price I paid for this keycaps.

ManriThe mold marks on the bottom of the skirt are totally normal. They're sprue marks from the injection molding process or breakaway marks from where they were separated from the molds. They're on every SA keycap I own, and I have probably a dozen sets, manufactured between 2012 and 2022. (For that matter, the same marks appear on micro switch keycaps I have from the 70's, that were the predecessors of these.) They're always hidden either by the other caps around them, or the keyboard casing (unless you have a low-profile case that reveals the skirts and switches).
Hi Thanks for the reply. What a bout a dent in the 1st picture. And some grinded marks on the skirt (4th picture). Is it normal? About 10% of keycaps showing dents like 1st picture. and 10% showing grinded mark like 4th picture.
Dave-AlvaradoRumor has it Drop is working on doubleshot PBT, and if that happens, it might be easier to make an Oblivion set happen! I don't know the time frame or details yet. (I'm assuming they'd make it so the molds were more flexible; the way they set up their ABS molds, they're difficult to add new keys to.)

I picked up the grey Oblivion alphas and mods a while ago, and they were fine. During the recent sale, I went back for the Hagoromo ASCII alphas.
There's no D. I did get two K's and two H's, for some reason. Now I'm going to need to pack these up, trudge through the ice, and somehow get these to a post office during my work week. I know Drop isn't going to ship me a single D key. And I'm not going to get the sale price again returning and re-buying these.
I'm done; I'm out of here. I have outstanding SA Laser orders I'm waiting to get, but not optimistic they'll arrive correctly. I've been a Drop apologist at points in the past, but the repeated shipping and QA issues are just too much to keep dealing with. It's less stressful to wait 18 months on a group buy, and know everything will show up, and show up correctly.
