This keyboard was 100%not up to the hype. the lay out is great sure, but the switches are horrible. they sound and feel so cheap. they really need to upgrade the switches that come with this to make it worth while. The build is also very solid, but I would say too solid. should have some kind of gasket mount. even if there isnt much flex with it, it would help with the sound profile. A+ for customer service and the quick return however. Oh yah. I could never get my custom lighting profile to work, ever.
West7The V2 keyboards are a bit different from V1. They do not share the same hotkeys.
Please check-out the flashing guide for configuration instructions.
The physical reset button is also no longer located in the back of the keyboard behind the small hole, you can find it instead underneath the space bar.
YanboWuThank you! I also have issues where when I'm typing a random keeeeeey (see) will get stuck even though I continue to type. I either have to hit the other key or hit backspace to stop the continuation of said key. It's just a trash keyboard all around
Really like this keyboard with one exception, DON'T MISPLACE ANY OF THE MAGNETIC FEET. If you do misplace one good luck getting a replacement. Seems that selling replacements is not a priority for drop.
This is my first mechanical keyboard and the only one I will own. I am very pleased with everything. Ex. build quality, switches (Holy Panda X Clears) and of course the RGB lighting.
This is my second keyboard I've owned, but having felt and used my more than that this is a great board it feels sturdy and sounds great. The keys feel very nice and are very smooth the feel. It also just plugs in and work which is a plus.
I had the V1 and thought I loved it, but the V2 is even better, and sounds and feels better with the foam and stabilizer upgrades. I love the Holy Panda X Clear switches - they're smooth and sound great. I had recently purchased my V1, but when I saw the upgrades on the V2, I had to get my hands on it, and I'm glad I did. Worth the purchase.
