I placed an order for this keyboard months ago and my order was cancelled without notifying me. I've filled out multiple online help request forms, but the company has seemed to have ghosted me. So I still don't have it. Looks like a really cool keyboard, but the customer service is trash. Really too bad.

Love the idea - but why not Bluetooth? I'd like to use it when I'm home-ported with my laptop, and ports are at a premium...

I want to know if this keyboard is compatible with QMK Firmware and what is its model name/number.
Its because i want to know if its possible to turn this QWERTY keyboard into an AZERTY keyboard.

Would love a Dvorak and Colemak option, or to at least know if these can be rearranged without ruining the height of the keys in each row, so I could order them for my whole team.

I would be interested if the keycaps had an option to not have the English symbols on them. I can't believe they don't offer it as an option. Many keyboard enthusiasts type on blanks anyway, we don't need English legends. It ruins the art aspect of the keycaps.

I wish the symbols all illuminated a golden orange. I'd pay. Only the symbols, keep the keys solid :)

Are the Drop stabs lubed? I haven't bought a keyboard here since the first batch of K-Type and those stabs were god awful so I'd rather not chance it again
