I am overall satisfied with this keyboard; however, I am disappointed that the red space bar on the Lord of the Rings keyboard does not function properly and gets stuck when pressed. Despite this issue, I use the gray one, and it's fine also click here

I placed an order for this keyboard months ago and my order was cancelled without notifying me. I've filled out multiple online help request forms, but the company has seemed to have ghosted me. So I still don't have it. Looks like a really cool keyboard, but the customer service is trash. Really too bad.

I would be interested if the keycaps had an option to not have the English symbols on them. I can't believe they don't offer it as an option. Many keyboard enthusiasts type on blanks anyway, we don't need English legends. It ruins the art aspect of the keycaps.
