So support took my order number to look into it and then nothing. Then I got a notice (not from support) saying my order shipped with no context. I assumed this was the keychain and recieved it in the mail yesterday so that's that. Communication has been pretty bad about this. Any response > no response. A "We're looking into this" helps more than you think.
