A heads up, if you are one of the people that didn't get your wrist pad make sure when you contact Massdrop's support to specifically ask about getting one shipped. After inquiring about it they shipped mine earlier today.

errant_fuzzI emailed them yesterday and haven't heard back from them. I am not terribly impressed. I understand the high volume of support emails they must receive, but I do not understand how this mix-up could have happened in the first place.

I just got an email saying this:
Hey Guys,
We have been working with our vendor to identify the reason why some member received the TKL version of the keyboard instead of the full size with Cherry MX Blue and Magenta LED that was ordered. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this problem.
For the members that are affected by this problem, we would like to offer you 3 different resolutions:
1) TLK version of the Ducky keyboard is still a terrific keyboard with a compact foot print. If you would like to keep it, we will issue you a 30 dollars partial refund for the trouble.
2) If you would prefer to have the standard keyboard as originally ordered, please let us know by next Friday (Sept 5). We are coordinating a production run with the manufacture to get the replacement ready as soon as possible. Unfortunately, being a production order, wait time for this option will likely be slightly longer than a month.
3) You can also have the order cancelled and payment refunded if you decided to not go for either of the above mentioned options.
Please kindly let us know your preference at support@massdrop.com. And we’ll take care of it for you right away.

Its unprofessional that they dont have a phone number to contact them at.

I want one so bad. They need to relaunch this asap. I would have been pretty dissapointed if I got the TKL though.

i received my order today, i ordered red led with blue switches, everything was correct except my wrist pad was missing. (but the item was circled and listed as included on the packing slip)

Same issue with me as well. I ordered Magenta with BlueMX and a fat wrist pad, but received no wrist pad and TKL. Please post an update or respond to support email ASAP.
