I just got an email saying this:
Hey Guys,
We have been working with our vendor to identify the reason why some member received the TKL version of the keyboard instead of the full size with Cherry MX Blue and Magenta LED that was ordered. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this problem.
For the members that are affected by this problem, we would like to offer you 3 different resolutions:
1) TLK version of the Ducky keyboard is still a terrific keyboard with a compact foot print. If you would like to keep it, we will issue you a 30 dollars partial refund for the trouble.
2) If you would prefer to have the standard keyboard as originally ordered, please let us know by next Friday (Sept 5). We are coordinating a production run with the manufacture to get the replacement ready as soon as possible. Unfortunately, being a production order, wait time for this option will likely be slightly longer than a month.
3) You can also have the order cancelled and payment refunded if you decided to not go for either of the above mentioned options.
