I think we would all appreciate some sort of official response as it has been 10 days since the post about everything being packed & shipped with an estimated shipping time of 10 days & it seems like everyone's tracking information is showing no movement.

All the orders have indeed been picked up by UPS on Dec. 20th.
UPS has been quite slow in updating the shipping status due to the holiday volume. We have already informed UPS with the list of the packages that are seemingly stuck in limbo on the status page, and hopefully we will start seeing movement on them shortly.
