That's really frustrating if true. Everything else is portioned out correctly so It seems logical the LEDs would be too.

Jim_The picture does show way more LEDs than necessary. But the description of the keyboard never said that it would be backlit. "I don't k is what you mean by key oars usually only having 3 LEDs" Keyboards usually only do have 3 LEDs, as in this picture:

Jim_It's true. For your information, you don't get the red colored feet on the top right hand corner of the photo either. It's a product shoot, and the actual list of items is stated in the description of the drop. Wouldn't call it a bait and switch. You'd get 4 Leds, 3 of which is stated in the list on the first page, and one of them is an extra in case you need it. And you're right about the Ergodox not having leds for every switch - the pcb is simply not designed for it. I can understand why not having a whole board of LED-abled switches are a dealbreaker for someone, but it was never stated that the keyboard was capable of such.
