willrickettsEverything I've read on this discussion so far says shipping time will be mid-May. So I'm expecting next week sometime? Would be nice to get a confirmation from the staff.

willrickettsAccording to support it should ship this week. I must say that I'm really disappointed in Massdrops information policy. If someone pays me 300 bucks I keep him up to date. And if there is any delay I tell him about it and say sorry.
Why not make your ordering progress public? And what the hell takes you so long to get some standard components and a few custom parts together? Its not the first time you do that drop and it is quite forseeable how many parts you will need befor a drop ends....

horleThe estimated wait for an ergodox on MD is normally 2 months; didn't you read the description before buying? No one is stopping you from sourcing your own parts; just got my 2nd one, w/o the cases though, and it only took a month cause my keycaps were on backorder.

horleIn all actuality, before it was edited, the drop stated that it would ship in 4-6 weeks.

willrickettsMy Transactions page now says it is shipping and to expect 3-4 weeks. That puts the estimated date in the first or second week of June. I'm not sure if the lengthy wait is just because I'm in the UK or if that's generic for any non-US order. Also no word on any expected customs fees.
EDIT: It arrived today, so that was 7 days to ship to the UK. Customs and handling charge was £14.55. Everything was in the pack and it's all assembled and working now :)
