Anyone know where to get a key cap set for this that isn't blank? Or should I just get a simple a-z set and get extra pieces?

Richwhitemanwhat I did was get a full legend-ed set (104) then go to signature plastics, look in their inventory and get 12 - 1.5x caps and 4 - 2x caps of any color you want they have in stock. This requires you to look at the pdf's of their inventory and matching the color codes to what they have. You may need more 1x keys for other misc. functions, which you cant get anywhere be it novelty keys or just blank ones. I ended up spending roughly the same amount of money as I would have to buy one complete set from one of the PimpMyKeyboard groupbuys.

RichwhitemanLike patrain, I'm going to use a full legend set (I like these blue double shots from Originative, $21, http://www.originativeco.com/collections/keysets/products/colorful-doubleshots). For the modifiers, Signature Plastics has blank DSA PBT Ergodox modifier sets ($25, http://keyshop.pimpmykeyboard.com/products/full-keysets/dsa-blank-sets-1) in a bunch of different colors.

tomwitt2One thing to be aware of when going that route is that your alphas will be OEM (sculptured), while the modifiers would be DSA (non-sculptured). I think patrain was talking about looking through their "overstock" section. That way you could get DCS keys (sculptured like OEM) or even SA keys (higher profile). It depends on your preference though.

skrookshaha I actually did the OEM mixed with DSA because they didnt have the colors I wanted in overstock to do DCS mods... It feels ok I think tho. I have the thumb clusters so the higher keys like Home and Page up are at the top corner. I tried to link a picture before, but I think this thread is so long that they put limitations on it.
