Can the 10 key number pad be reprogrammed so that the 1 key is on the bottom left?

It might already be on the bottom left. The number pad photos are really weird - look at the arrows on the number keys, and where Home and End are. I think whoever assembled it to take pictures just did it wrong.

Does this use QMK? VIA?

It doesn't look like it works with either, judging by their lists of supported boards.

Does anyone know if this board has kick stands to change the typing angle, I've only found one review on youtube of a board that looks like this that shows it has adjustable typing angle. The video was a chinese one reviewing the Feker F98T.
I have this board, it does not have any kick stands to change the angle. Just rubber pads at the bottom

It can't use QMK. Looking at the listing for this on Kprepublic, there's a Google Drive link to a custom program for assigning keys. It can cycle through 18 lighting presets.
