Fissler Vitavit 8.5-Quart Premium Pressure Cooker

I have a Fissler pot that is over 30 years old, at around 25 years the bakelite handles needed replacement, but it's still going strong.

Does anyone know what the differences are between this one and the Vitaquick?

Too bad I allready have their other model in a 10 qt. Beautifully made. Far superior to any of the cheap models because they (when used pproperly) dont lose any appreciabnle amount of steam, so you wont lose that valuable cooking liquid and dont have to overfill to make up for the losses like cheaper units. The pots are some of the nicest Ive seen in stainless. Mirror polished with a huge thick base. Sweet.
