FYI, you can find a proper XMOS driver of DAC X7 for Windows10 here: https://download.shenzhenaudio.com/FXAUDIO/
Driver file name is DAC-X7-XMOS-Stereo-USB-Audio-Class2-Driver-3079_v4.13.0.exe
To use foobar2000, remember the following setting:
1. Install XMOS Driver
2. Install foobar2000 components: dsdiff, dts, sacd, asio, & etc.
3. Run ASIOProxyInstall-0.8.3.exe
4. foo_dsd_asio setup
Playback -> Output: Device set to ASIO: foo_DSD_asio
ASIO Driver: XMOS USB Audio 2.0 ST 3079
DSD Playback Method: DoP Market 0x05/0xFA (VERY IMPORTANT!)
DSD to DSD Method: None, DSD256
PCM to DSD Method: None, DSD256
5. SACD setup
Output Mode: DSD
6.DSDIFF Decoder Setup
Playback -> Decoding: Uncheck DSDIFF Decoder

After updating my foobar2000 component foo_input_sacd (ver1.1.0), I realized no complicated ASIO setup required any more.
1.Install XMOS driver as above
2.Install compoents as above, and update all component with latest version
3.Run ASIOProxyInstall-0.9.4.exe
4. Set Output -> Device "DSD: ASIO: XMOS USB Audio 2.0 ST 3079"
5. Set Tools -> SACD -> Output Mode: DSD
This will be enough for you to enjoy DSD's hi-fidelity.
