Signature Plastics posted this update on GeekHack yesterday:
"On January 7th we were informed by Massdrop that there were several Granite sets needing replacement keys. After reviewing our samples, we noticed that the International set had some artwork errors resulting in two mirrored image keys as well as an entire row of keys missing. Also, the ‘FN’ key on the Text Modifier set was printed as a single space key and should have been a 1.25. Massdrop also mentioned that there were cosmetic issues with other keys and those needed to be replaced as well.
We are prepared to manufacture all those keys and ship to Massdrop for distribution. However, we have not been able to get information from Massdrop on which specific keys need replacing for cosmetic reasons. Unfortunately, the last communication we had with them was on January 9th in spite of numerous attempts to contact them. Our plan is to process and ship all the replacement keys to them at one time.
As soon as we hear from Massdrop we will proceed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and hope to get these keys shipped out as soon as possible. Unfortunately we do not have access to Massdrop’s mailing list so we are unable to ship these keys directly to their customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding."
