Andrew took a commitment to ship on a fixed date and decided to put the drop on hold before it was too late (and not being able to respect the schedule).
The question was: should we keep getting new orders knowing that SP will need 2 more weeks to deliver? or honor the initial delivery date? Consider that we can't do batches. Well, we can, but a Round 3 would have to wait 8 weeks (!!!). So I pushed to reopen the drop, but Andrew is giving me more credit than I deserve. It was his call and I believe he made the right decision.
Sorry, there's no conspiracy here, but maybe the moon landing is still a hoax.
