I was concerned about power use and requirements. That ^....manual..?...instruction book...?...was not helpful, though it fails to discuss recharging, so, accidentally, it was informative.

So, there is a tool, included, but an authorized facility should change batteries, every few...hours?...days?....years?
Bottom line, an "active" product should be designed (and marketed) to be very efficient, and this one should charge itself from minimal solar power. None of that appears to be the case, which is unfortunate, this design is one I find quite appealing, at the Massdrop price anyways.
TheYoungMunkThis is kind of a dumb smart watch in that basically it's a conventional watch with a fixed face that connects to your phone to perform the smarts. The only thing the watch does is vibrate and some of the hour markers glow to indicate things. For anything more complex than that you have to refer to the phone. So why bother? If you are going to get a smart watch wouldn't you want one that shows you things on the face? Or that you can choose the face you want?
