Given the picture of the plate it probably wouldn't support a standard 2u spacebar with stabilizers. You'd probably have to get a 2u POS style keycap(s). Signature plastics (pimpmykeyboard) sells them.
I say probably because we can't see the PCB ... it is possible the PCB has space for the stabilizers ...
Below is a picture of the 2u POS keycaps ... I use these on my ID75 (v2). I also took the spring out of one of the switches so it isn't so stiff, and disabled the key in QMK.
The hardest part is finding a matching color, and the DSA profile won't match every keycap profile. So there's that.
Can I buy the 3u spacebar (from the dev/tty custom set) and use it on this keyboard?

I don't think it will fit; it looks like the 3u bar is meant to mount onto one switch with a pair of 2u stabilizers, and wouldn't line up correctly stradding three switches like you have here.
You would need something like a 3u point-of-sale (POS) keycap (if those exist) - POS caps are designed to straddle multiple switches without any stabilizers.
I just got mine and successfully flashed it with QMK.
I've had no issues flashing using idobao/id75/v2 in QMK.
(When I used idobao/id75/v1 the keymap worked, but the RGB didn't)
