NewcarsmellYou're not. The space key doesn't fit the hacker layout. I have the same issue. I've been pushing Massdrop for an answer for weeks.

I'd really like to keep the keyboard, and I'm quite partial to the GMK set, but even if I lost just the GMK set, I'm not sure where I'd even start replacing the set from to get something unified with all the custom sizes.

NeonBlueNo. Not a word. For replacing, you can order 6U DSA spacebar from http://pimpmykeyboard.com. For the white ones, the color matches fine. It's not ideal though.

troy.daiI wouldn't even mind if they offered to replace my hacker plate with a standard plate, but as of right now what they shipped is an unusable product...

NewcarsmellThis is horrible. Even if spacebar did fit, I can't seem to find a working layout even IF 6u spacebar fit. Unless you want 6 control keys and space between keys.

NewcarsmellDid you get a replacement spacebar? I am having similar issues with the spacebar and the Fn keys not lining up. I assumed that the keycaps as a set would have the keys as shown in the Hacker layout - but that is not so. I feel bummed at having (for example )- to use a Control keycap instead of a Fn one.

rrajarajanYou can still assemble a slightly different layout. Not a reference hacker layout they have on the site but since it's programmable, it's not such a big deal. The only issue is - you have to use 1u key to fit it instead of 1.25 so there's some spacing. I have a picture in another thread.

Newcarsmell I have the hacker layout and they did send me a separate spacebar stabilizer, so I could at least assemble it using the wider spacebar. But afaiu the idea was to use the smaller space bar and then be able to have equally sized mod-keys.
Didn't quite work as the bigger spacebar will not allow you to put these modkeys in, you have to live with two very awkward gaps in the bottom row.
