Stop buying product from this site! They are a joke. I order these keycaps and wait for 1 month. Then a few day later, I received the "first" letter telling me that this product would be delay until the beginning of April, which is another 1 month since the promised shipping day! And this morning, today, 06 April 2019, they send me a "second" letter telling me that my product could not be sold with their reason as "We're unable to guarantee that we will receive this items, we've canceled your order and issued a full refund"! - LMAO!! Shame on you Massdrop, you talk like my father, you take people's money for more than 2 months in order to use that money to invest something else. And now you canceled with that shitty reason - Another pissed me off is that they give me their cheap ass $10 dollars as an apologize. :))) Why don't you say that $10 is a thank to me because I let you borrow my money to do other stuffs? DONT SELL PRODUCT IF YOU CAN NOT SELL IT TO PEOPLE. DONT TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY UNLESS YOU CAN GUARANTEE YOUR PRODUCT WOULD BE SOLD, OR AT LEAST, BUY THEM IN YOUR OWN FIRST TO MAKE SURE EVERYBODY WILL RECEIVED IT. FUCK YOU MASS DROP!!!

JamesNguyenAlso, this is not my first time buying stuff on Massdrop. I already spend $600 on this site for an ALT and CTRL keyboard, Kebo Keycaps, and Kailh switch. But, same story, my Kailh switches are having the same problems with this JukeBox keycaps as I received a letter this morning from Massdrop that these switches gonna be delayed too. Wow, what a nice service Massdrop. I dont think your business can run for more than 2 years in the future with this kind of service.
In the end, I don't need your cheap ass $10, I want you to use that $10 to go back to school and study again how to do business. Is this how American business run? lmao shame on you
