Something like that posted every few days or so goes a long long long way to keeping people happy. Nothing in your post changed the current status of where the order is, but it helps immensely to post something like this to comfort people that MD is on top of things.
Can I pay for KBT to make another set of PBT caps with the ones they are going to make now? hehe

PilotChupWe can't alter the order quantities, that will just confuse them. (Theoretically it's easy, in practice not so much.)
No problem, I'm happy posting updates with no content to appease the group.

Hopefully one day people will trust us that we're on top of things, but I understand that's a while from now and genuinely appreciate the constructive feedback to help us make this a smoother process :)

I have reconciled 2 of the 3 wrong orders, those will ship out later today. One order still pending once we figure out what switch color they want.
Called Vortex last night to try to get an update on how the keycap production schedule is going and whether there is a better estimate from "around 3 weeks". Rang 5 times, no answer, made outlook reminder to call again on Thursday night.
