Drop Mech Keys Meetup Recap - Thanks for Visiting!
As you may have seen, we just hosted our first meetup in quite a while here at Drop HQ (Corsair HQ, but they seem to like us enough :) )! It was a blast to get to meet so many enthusiasts local to the bay area—it had been 10 years since I was last hanging out with keyboard nerds in the bay, at KeyCon 2014. We had a great time hosting everyone at the offices, checking out all the very nice boards y'all brought, and sharing some of our own projects/spaces! I knew it would be fun to host in the Game Room when I first saw it in person, but seeing it come to fruition was still so cool. Alright, I'll stop blabbering on now. xD Picture time! (Oh, real quick - there will be more of these! Stay tuned for more info and to catch the next one!)

I personally have never had an issue with Massdrop but this is a bit disheartening to hear. I've been in customer service all my life and this is not how treat a customer, especially with the problems you have had to sit through.
I do not usually advise this, but you may want to consider contacting your bank and issuing a chargeback to get your money back. If you purchased last year, you may be outside the limit to issue, but it looks like you have well documented comments on this thread going back a year. If you are still within the time limit, I see no reason why you should not expect a full refund from your financial institution.
Be advised if you issue a charge back, you will be barred from purchasing with Massdrop again, your card will be blocked and you will be blacklisted as a chargeback will most likely violate Massdrops T&C's, but after your experience I would image you give very few f**ks about purchasing with Massdrop again and would just like some resolution with your issue.

We offered you a refund for the return of the product instead of a replacement for the "F" key because we do not have any extras on hand. In addition, we are not able to source these exact keys anymore - thus the only thing we can do is offer a return.
