Not showing 120Hz on Xbox series X

So my xbox onliy sees this as 1080P which is advertised but cannot set it to 120Hz so the HDMI to mini HDMI isn't capable of 120Hz.... Weird features?.... Doesn't mention this on the details but it does have stereo speakers on the back and in the box was a sheet that says its a touchscreen device and how to get it working on multiple platforms? but I have yet to get any touchscreen functionality out of connecting to my Android phone (Did display screen mirrior over USB-C) Update it is 120Hz over USB-C from my PC? HDMI port isn't capable of 120Hz Seems to be only capable of 120Hz over Thunerbolt which isn't mentioned anywhere, so it seems more false advertisement by keebmonkey.....
