All I want for Christmas is some honesty from Massdrop here.
First it was end of day, 12/20. You sent an email to us. Then you edited this to say end of day 12/22. Then 12/24. Now end of day 12/25. No emails to customers, no "hey, things went fubar, still waiting, sorry," and no updates - just editing the post.
Things happen with shipping around Christmas. Customs holds things up sometimes. That's all completely understandable. Except you've had our money since OCTOBER. "The additional wait time is undesirable" - forget the additional wait time. If I cared about the wait, I would have cancelled long ago.
All I (quite reasonably) expect from Massdrop is to tell us what the hell is ACTUALLY GOING ON. Has the vendor gone silent, is it held up in customs, are people just out of the office, did FedEx screw up, was the shipment damaged? If something happened to cause the delay, that's fine. It really is. Just tell us where things are held up so we can make our plans accordingly and not be sitting here wondering if today's the day we're ACTUALLY going to get the promised update.
