While this knife is relatively small, it's a fantastic edc workhorse. I have meathooks for hands, and the handle is just big enough to fit comfortably in my hand. It came with even grinds and a very sharp edge. Kizer did a fine job with this one.
I like this knife. It now lives in my Kavu rope bag permanently.
I have big hands with normal length fingers (my hands are Kizer Salient 10 sized) and the Little River fits like a glove in them. I initially attached to the rope strap of the Kavu so that is was upside down on my left side and did not present the problems I read about the sheath. I took it off and put it in the bag because it made people a little nervous, but it will return to the strap when I take to the woods.
It's a handy, tough little blade. Very ergonomic handle, full tang construction, RC hardness level allows for hard use, minimizing chipping. I modified the sheath just a bit to enable a better grip before drawing the knife. Had the sheath been of a better design and function, I would have given 5 stars.
Not so small and not so huge- still good as an EDC fixed knife that you can use in the woods, jungle, mountain area. The weight is fairly average for its size.
I really enjoy this knife, it feels great in the hand and the kydex sheath is tight and well made. My biggest complaint would be the grade of steel used as it seems to dull quickly and can rust on the uncoated edge.
