Space bar sticks. It's unusable. I've received three products from massdrop this week, all three are defective (Landscape DSA "Blosson Pavilion," Hifiman He4XX, AKG K7XX)

mesaoneSo what is the process when receiving a defective product from MD such as this? Is that it, just live with it or do they do replacements/refunds. Just so I know for future reference, thanks!

ZeradonGo to your profile, it's the "person" icon on the top right of the page, then choose transactions.
Under each transaction is a set of links - leave review, receipt, contact support.
Choose contact support. Fill out the form with a description of your issue.
My experience so far, with the K7XX, is massdrop contacts you about a week later to arrange a replacement (Oct 3 to Oct 11). The they ship a replacement that will arrive two weeks after that.
I haven't received a response about my defective HE-4XX or the landscape spacebar set, but it's only been 4 days and one day respectively.
