After waiting patiently for 4 weeks and following up with customer service 3 times, I was just told today that my shipment has probably been “lost in transit” and their recommendation is to wait for the next time they offer the drop...
In the spirit of full disclosure, customer service advised that I’d be receiving a full refund and they did offer me a $10 credit on my next purchase (although I did have to complain) but this whole process has left me underwhelmed.
Have others actually received their shipments or was this drop just a figment of my imagination?

woah, was going to grab another unit since I really like this model from the previous drop.

LQDForceThe price did go up $3.01 from the last time we ran it. It is however still $15 less expensive than Amazon even with Prime.

I just received mine, but it is very difficult to open and close. I have to apply a tremendous amount of force, and I am afraid over time the stress on the probe will cause it to break. I haven't seen anyone else complain about this, so I am wondering if mine is defective. Is this the case for anyone else?

HansGruber44mine worked well too, the only issue was that a great deal of concentration was needed to line up the tip of the probe and the slit when folding back.

I ordered mine a month ago. We are now 5 days past the date it was promised to ship. I logged into my account and there is no update or message. I emailed customer support because unfortunately they don’t provide a phone number to call them. I haven’t heard back and have no idea if I will ever receive this. I suspected this was a scam and now I am starting to believe it. Buyers beware.

It's frustrating when they're behind schedule, but it's not a scam.
And i did get an email the day it was supposed to ship, to say it was going to be late (and offering options to cancel if I didn't want to wait). That is standard anytime a drop doesn't ship on the original ship date. Check your spam folder and email settings
