bassUnfortunately we don't guarantee ship times since it's highly dependent on the vendor and how quickly they ship the product out to us. Unless we are given guidance from our vendors of anticipated delays, we _estimate_ it will be 10 business days since that's roughly our site-wide average.

allocerveauThe product description said this would ship in about 10 days. After about 3 weeks it just finally shipped from China. I don't think it's unreasonable for a few people to be upset.

neatoI hear you, I'm a bit disappointed myself. That doesn't mean you have the right to ask MD for a favor. If you don't want to deal with delays from overseas shipments, you can always buy a Logitech from your local Best Buy. That sort of thing happens, patience is a vertue. Now, I do not think it's in their best interest to advertise a shipping in about 10 days, they really should mention it can take a whole lot longer.

Since we will be waiting for 20+ days ( on the way now and couple days in transit and sit through customs) for this drop, can you at least refund us the shipping charges? The drop says items ships out 10 days after the drop ends.
I think refunding us the shipping charges is a show of good gesture and the least Massdrop can do at this point. Unless Massdrop can come up with something better.
