It's really beautifully designed and well built using quality materials. The card pockets are very tight initially, but do loosen up a bit (I have 3 cards on each side). My biggest gripe is the cash clip thing. If you're willing to take the time to get your bills lined up perfectly and monkey with trying to fit them in perfectly, it works, but it's an arduous process to keep everything in place every time you take a dollar out. Regardless, it's a very nice minimal wallet. Update: I've been using it for just over a year now, and I'm still very happy with this purchase. I've received numerous compliments on this wallet. I've also learned to live with the cash clip, and I can see this wallet easily outliving me. Money very well spent, in my experience and opinion.
Great look, and it seem like top quality throughout. I'm pleased with it, but deducting a star because they advertised it as "comfortably hold 10 to 12 cards", which is not the case. You really have to cram the cards in there. I think I got 8 total (4 per side).
It's a very well made wallet. The money clip design takes a little getting used to, but with some practice it becomes very easy to use. It's a bit on the thicker side for a slim design wallet, but still slimmer than an ordinary bifold. I use this as my "money" wallet and have another slimmer one as my "ID" wallet, and this one is kept in a front or jacket pocket, not sure I would want it kept in a back pocket.
I have had this wallet for years now, and can attest to it’s solid construction. Over the years I have added too many cards and it has slightly stretched out, but as long as you don’t make my mistake you can trust this wallet to secure hold at least three cards on each side, and a medium sized wad of cash in the fold clip.
Higher quality than I expected, superbly made, does its job well.
Quality leather, fits enough cards for me, my only downside is it is exactly the same width as a United States bill. Wish it was just slightly wider so my OCD doesn't go insane. Not worth a point as most people wouldn't even mind this.
I just retired this wallet but obviously didn't hate it. The craftsmanship is superb as well as the materials, but my dexterity is not what it once was and the cash clip requires a deft touch. If you don't want to hold up the line when paying by cash, you might want to look elsewhere. If you are nimble and up for a challenge, or just don't care if others have to wait, this might just be your wallet. If not for the cash clip, this would be a no-brainer 5 star item.
Very solid for the price. The pockets hold 2 cards each snugly at first, which is perfect. I’m going to break it in so it holds 3 per pocket.
The money clip is very strong and secure.
I recommend!
I would have reached out to LM Products and I promise you Tyler would have sorted this out for you. I have to date, purchased 18 LM items and every one is superb. Remember they're a small shop, not some big factory line with dedicated QA personnel so it was probably a mistake with the missing money clip.
Really nice wallet, keys did scratch up the shiny coat fairly easily but i haven't tried to buff it out. Can hold 6-7 cards plus a decent amount of cash fairly easily.
