Where are these shipped from ?? if i am ordering to Denmark in the EU if its shipped from USA the price will be ruined by import duty

i don't see a highball or old fashioned in the sets, despite being in the pictures? quite confusing. and, as has already been said, no cocktail glass? (that's the technical name for a "martini glass". though since the tulip glass isn't called a tulip glass here either, i'm guessing they've chosen not to go with that naming scheme.)
