Let me cut to the chase--they're fucking ugly.
How poorly they're built or how well they keep time, isn't relevant.
Guys who wear them because they think a watch will make them look like a Navy Seal?
That's a whole 'nother story ;- )
RayFHaha. Nobody would mistake me for a NAVY SEAL even if I was in full uniform and 20 years younger.
I got suckered in on a good deal and the tubes. I may have worn it twice or so.
I don’t have this model but I agree with the general sentiment that these are complete garbage. Loose bezel and looks and feels cheap. Mine is still running but I don’t wear it much.
Bought this watch (black out model)for 400$ CAD a few years ago, pretty much a waste. Stuff fell off the face and floated around inside within months, kept hooking my second hand and holding it back, And the glass chipped with very little effort. Save your money.
I own the BO (got a killer Amazon returns deal from a local shop) and I’m just not sure what makes Luminox so special. Seems cheaply made as far as the case and all. Are the movement and tritium THAT big of a deal to put this at the $200+ price point? Is the composite something magical that can’t be clearly grasped by looks and weight alone? By looking at the whole range, it seems there might be some Luminox that might be worth a few $$, but maybe these low-end ones aren’t them??
I will say the BO looks great on a gray NATO with black hardware.

Never owned one of these. It does come with box and papers/warranty :))) have to do some research and compare prices to see if it’s actually a good deal.
