Initial impression wasn't very good but Luxton fixed my issue!
I order the 15lb weighted blanket that arrived with an issue (leaking beads) . Luxton Home contacted me immediately and sent me a replacement. It turns out that during shipping the blanket must have gotten a small tear. I am happy to report that I have received the replacement and tested it out with no problems! Karla at Luxton Home is amazing with customer service! I will definitely do business with them again!
