ChurchillWI hoped so but shell cordovan has a glossy shine. The leathers hides that are stacked in the image also shows its not shell.

BenjrminI've got a lot of shell. I'm pretty sure the navy pictured is shell. Shell doesn't have to have a glossy shine. They do make matte versions of it, but it is limited. Though if some are shell and some aren't, they should be different prices. Could be they are posting the wrong pictures though.
