From the specs:
- Height adjustment: 3.9 in (10 cm)
- Armrest adjustment: 2.8 in (7 cm) vertical, 2.4 in (6 cm) front to back, 36º rotation
- Headrest adjustment: 3.9 in (10 cm) vertical, 45º angle adjustment
- Lumbar adjustment: 1.2 in (3 cm) front to back, 2 in (5 cm) vertical
- Tilt adjustment: 90 - 120º with infinite locking

Can anyone tell me the sizes of the bolts on the underside of the seat, or just all of them?

6x M6x25 for the arm rests to attach to the base
4x M6x20 for the metal mechanism housing under the chair
2x M6x30 for the headrest to attach to the backrest
3x M8x45 for the backrest to attach to the base

I don't know about a model number, but I know this chair is branded by Massdrop (now known as just Drop).
