So. The seat of my chair deformed. No big deal, right? 10 year warranty on the frame. December 2: contact Drop. December 3: Drop says that @AKRacingSupport services this model. Contact the email address given. December 5: AKRacing says request received. December 9: AKRacing says Drop has the seat, and only Drop has the seat, and they can't do anything. I reply to both support services. I'm not doing this runaround thing. One of you is going to fix or replace this chair. December 16: No answer from either support desk. Send followup. December 30: No answer from either support desk. Send followup. January 10: No answer from either support desk. Post here. Still waiting, guys. I do not want to continue escalating this, but I will. I just want my chair fixed or replaced. My back hurts.

curpetDrop eventually conceded that they did not have the part and could not honor the warranty, and they refunded my money in full.
