Send the knife back to the manufacturer. They will sharpen your knife at no charge. Keep the box and internal packaging materials in order to send it to the manufacturer.
I use a DMY serrated blade file, super fine. It only gets into the crevices though. The main curved part will sharpen on a whetstone or diamond stone. Then you touch up the valleys with the file to keep them sharp. The reverse serrations lend themselves to conventional sharpening techniques better than the conventional serrations do. I currently have the main part at a mirror polish, and the valleys at a superfine 1200 grit "rough" finish. I can slice paper cleanly on a push cut at any serrations part. It will also "saw" its way cleanly through paper without catching and tearing. A really good bread knife. I don't like waiting sending my knives off and waiting for them to come back. I can get as good of an edge at home. If you have whetstones or diamond stones and a strop, you can sharpen this baby for the most part. Invest in a $20-$30 serrated file, and you will have no issues but your own skill.
