Resoling? Has anyone been able to send their shoe back in for resoling? I am running into problems. Carmina apparently uses their New York store to send them back to Spain for repair. The New York store says they can’t help because there is manufacturing documents needed for customs to send them overseas and back. MassDrop is offering no support either. They claim they have nothing to do with old drops and will not work with the company. I am going to see what I kind find out. But I would appreciate if anyone else has any information they can provide. This is a great shoe. However, the entire point of them is to have them resoled. The description even sold them as such. It is dishonest of both companies if they will not be support the repair of normal usage. If this cannot be resolved, I will not be supporting Drop or Carmina ever again.

Sharp.ObsessionTake them to any decent cobbler; the resole is an easy job as long as they have the goodyear welt machine!
