Some of that depends on what you call easy. You have to disassemble the knife in order to change the blade. That is as simple or as hard as removing 3 screws, taking the housing/handle apart, removing the old blade, adding the new blade, and putting it back together. I would say easy, but a little time consuming.

Shiny look, more drastic patina over time, extra dense weight (some prefer, especially on a small knife), smooth when you want to unscrew it (titanium is a little scratchy), naturally anti-bacterial (not like that will usually matter).
Personally, I got the copper RUK because I bought a Brass flashlight before, and I wasn't satisfied with the relatively mild patina of the Brass. I want something to look like it's mine, and it has some history! It darkened nice and fast, yet the functional operation of extending and retracting the blade is still smooth and satisfying. YMMV of course, good luck have fun!

Not the choice for project work. It's tiring to hold the blade out with no lock and it wanting to retract all the time. I wanted something more useful for extended periods of time. Not a utility knife... Maybe a finishing or detail/cuticle knife.

This feedback might be better placed in the "Reviews" section. I agree with what you say, this is definitely not intended to be used for long periods of time. It's definitely designed for something that you can easily carry with you and use to open up to a few packages at a time. I picked mine up so that I could put the wear & tear of opening cardboard on a razor blade that can be replaced, rather than my daily carry pocket knife like I have always done before. So far, it's been working great for that use.

I love my knife. Have it on a retractable lanyard and carry it everywhere.
Where can I find replacement blades. I have 4 different types of exacto blades, brand name and generic, none of them fit due to the hole size and design of the internal holder.

recently lost one of the small screws. Does anyone know what the name of the screws are and what kinda screwdriver head I need to use? Is it even metric?

Don't know the name of screws or source for more (although my RUK came with extras) but the 'screwdriver' needed for these is Torx size T6.
