I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with Drop customer support. I've ordered these 3 days ago, and I've got an email that the 6xx was available in the EU store last night. I've sent support an email asking them if I could swap it since they hadn't shipped it yet, and they haven't replied. Now I just got a notification that my 58x have been shipped and still no sign from support :(

My headphones were despatched late,but apparently the despatch e-mail was false,and the package was sat in the warehouse for 3 days and now has been "sent". If it still says "Order information has been transmitted to DPD" like it said for three days after "despatch" for me,then its not been sent and you still have time.

adrian.buzeaYeah I am having a similar problem with an order as well..... after sale support has been a bit off during the holidays...

adrian.buzeaIf it helps you feel any better, if you pop the foam from the grille portion, I’m told it sounds really similar to the 660s because they both have the same drivers.
