ive had these for 2 weeks ive been incredibly delicate with them the worst thats happened was i rolled over the cable in my chair and the left side just stopped working for no reason it might be a issue with the cable because this morning i joined a call and the left side seemed quieter so i unplugged the cable from the headphones and plugged it back in and the left side just stopped if someone could help that would be amazing

seangreenActually, the exact same thing just happened to me. I don't know what happened, but I know it's not the cable. I have 2 pairs of this headset and I switched cables. I'd suggest contacting Massdrop.
