killyouGotta chime in on this one too. Scoops make sense with SP SA key sets due to the thick nature of a SA keycap. Compared to cherry GMK keycaps, you get awful light bleed through the scooped caps just because there isn't the thickness of SA to work with.
Designers, please start considering Barred for GMK.
Jedi The light leaks were produced a couple years ago with Triumph Adler (I haven't spotted a single keyset that had the same issues after it). The reason was that the plastic composition was slightly different and light leaks were produced all over the keyset and not just the scooped keycaps and not the wall thickness as GMK keycaps are thicker than vintage cherry ones.
The following sets (GMK Retro and GMK Hyperfuse) do not have any lightleak at all, which is incredibly hard to do considering that the alphas are white plastic and light leaks are easily spotted on them.
