I'm wondering why the international shipping costs are so high this time? I joined the Dasher & Dancer Custom Sleeved Drop in february and the shipping was like 4,50 $. With 13 $ now it's more than half the costs of the cable itself and makes it really hard for me to commit to this beauty.

CalipolisAbsolutely ridiculous shipping for international. Nice looking cables, but there must be a logistics mistake here.

Calipolis On the Mechables orderform at mechables.com it states:
shipping cost for a single cable is "<= $8.00 USPS First Class International (price depends on weight - typical cost for a 5ft straight cable is ~$4) "
This drop is charging $13.50 shipping for a 5ft straight cable. I don't see a justification for the shipping cost to be over 3 times the cost that the manufacturer charges.
