Even with a metal case, for $200 I'd expect PBt keycaps and more switch options.

BergyThis is reasonably priced for what it is. Anyone who thinks otherwise has no clue about pricing when it comes to metal cases. Just to put things into perspective, mechanicalkeyboards.com sells this Filco/ONI TKL case for almost $150: http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=281[1] and that doesn't come with switches, assembly, keycaps, etc. The cheapest Korean customs with full aluminum casing is around $400 and that doesn't generally come with assembly, switches, or keycaps.

missalaireBut then you have the poker 3 that is $120 with a metal case and pbt caps. This is bigger but I don't think the extra cost due to the size of the case and the extra switches would be $80.

cramvedWhere is the Poker 3 for $120? Link please. And this is a two piece case that is larger and I am sure the quality of this case is better than the Poker 3's. Also, Vortex can probably negotiate a better price on their cases since they are manufacturing in higher quantity than Geekey/Feng. All of these factors would definitely add to the costs.

missalaireI'm aware that full metal cases are quite expensive, and also that Korean customs are as well. However, this a factory assembled keyboard. The $70 Noppoo Nano 75-S has PBT keycaps, and a board with an "MSRP" of 250 can't squeeze better caps in? C'mon. And in case you didn't know, Massdrop exists so we can get great deals, not reasonable ones.

cramvedGood price, but I can't imagine that the aluminum case of the Pok3r is particularly high quality or anodized for that price.

missalaireI think it is cast aluminum and it is black and not painted so probably anodized.
